DESIGN TEAM PAGE

OUR GOAL FOR THE TEAM

We are looking for approximately 6 to 8 people who want to design layouts, cards, or projects using our product lines.With all the product coming in, we want to be sure our customers have a chance to notice it, and we have found that those items which have samples are usually the things which sell first. Providing a variety of samples will help stimulate ideas for them and we can move product more quickly, allowing us to carry the newest items on the market. This will also allow you to be able to work with the newest things out. Most importantly, we want you to enjoy this opportunity to be creative and share your work with others.

REQUIREMENTS  

We will have a DESIGN TEAM MEETING once a month and the format, whether in person or online is yet to be decided. Good communication and sharing of ideas is important to us at Sharon's Crop Studio. 

Each team member will be expected to create at least three (3) products each month. One should be a project of some kind, such as a chipboard item, altered book, standing object, or anything displaying a new way to used an old object or a unique item created using our products. 

The other two may be either layouts
or cards, which ever is the area you feel
most comfortable working in, or perhaps
you have ideas about ways to use what we have that are not listed here.
We want you to have fun with this. 
 
Two of the examples you create each month will have a product line or tool assigned, although the rest of design will be up to you. The third is entirely your choice, although it must be of product available in our store. 
 
Once an item has been turned in, you may
get the product to begin the next. If you are producing things that fit what we expect, you may possibly be offered additional opportunities.
If you have  difficulty meeting 3 projects a month, we can discuss what will happen based on individual circumstances. 
Store management will make the final decisions on such things.

This is the fun part!!! You will be featured in our ONLINE GALLERY, which will be up soon. At this time I am not yet sure whether it will be open for comments, but we will let you know as soon as we have more details. You will receive free product to use in your creations, and a discount card for 25% off any product in the store. This will be an honor system and is intended soley for your personal use and not to purchase product for others. YOU earned this and it should be just for YOU! 
Should your design be something suitable for a class or kit which could be sold in the store, we will determine terms for providing compensation for what brings in income
to the store.
